1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Nomad Fly ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Our Services
We provide digital eSIM (embedded SIM) data plans for international travel. Our plans are data-only and do not include voice calls or SMS. Activation occurs when your device connects to a supported network at your destination.
- After purchase, your eSIM is sent to your email and is also available in the "My eSIMs" section of the app
- Your device must be eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked
- Coverage and speeds depend on local partner networks
3. Purchases and Payment
All purchases are final. Payment is processed securely through Whop, our payment provider. Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated.
- Plans are non-refundable once the QR code has been sent
- Validity starts when the eSIM first connects to a supported network
- Unused data does not carry over after the validity period
4. Refunds and Cancellations
If we cannot deliver your eSIM (for example due to supplier or technical failure), we will refund your payment where applicable. Refunds are processed through our payment provider and may take several business days to appear on your card or statement. If you have not installed or activated the eSIM, you may contact us to request a refund; we review requests on a case-by-case basis and approval is not guaranteed. Chargebacks or payment disputes opened without contacting us first may result in account suspension.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You may not use the eSIM for activities that violate local laws, infringe on others' rights, or harm our network or partners. Fair use policies may apply to unlimited plans.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for connectivity issues, coverage gaps, or performance limitations caused by local networks, device compatibility, or circumstances beyond our control. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific plan in question.
7. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect information necessary to process orders, deliver eSIMs, and provide support.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
